5 More Shortlistings for This Lancashire PR Agency
2022 is turning out to be another stellar year for awards recognition at Catapult PR, where this little old Lancashire PR agency is celebrating another five awards shortlistings, this time in the Prolific North Marketing Awards.
With three awards in the bag already this year, plus nine current shortlistings in the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) NW PRide Awards, we are delighted to now be shortlisted for the Prolific North Marketing Award accolades. These awards are tough for us, because they cover all types of marketing agency from across the entire north, as well as all in-house marketing teams.
If you don’t think that our achievement is rather incredible, you perhaps need to look more at the size of player we are competing against (link to shortlist is here), ask what their budget is likely to be and then recognise that we must bring some very special type of fairy-dust to our campaigns, to even be in with a shout.
That fairy-dust has served us well in these awards for the past few years now, so let’s see what happens.
We are competing in the categories of Best PR Campaign, Best Integrated Marketing Campaign, Best Tourism Marketing Campaign, Best Use of Data and Research and Best Professional and Financial Services Campaign.
This reflects some of our strongest areas of expertise – tourism and travel PR (always useful for an agency based on the Lancashire coast near Blackpool), cultural and heritage PR and insurance PR.
The shortlistings also demonstrate our reach, being for PR clients in Cumbria and Yorkshire.
Whether or not our modest budgets will be taken into account as part of the judging remains to be seen. What we know is that the results we’ve generated from these campaigns should speak for themselves and that the return of investment has been fantastic.
It really sums up the fact that we are a results-focused rural Lancashire PR agency, not an expensive city-based agency charging massive fees. We let our thinking and passion make the difference, rather than asking clients to throw lots of money at something that doesn’t offer payback.
Our fairy-dust must be pretty special. After all, we’ve already got 53 awards in the trophy cabinet!
